The court will determine whether to remove Soros-backed Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from the Trump RICO case during a hearing on Thursday on her alleged misbehavior.
Fani Willis “financially benefited” from a love relationship with senior Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Michael Roman, Trump’s RICO co-defendant, filed a strong additional reply in which he accused Fani Willis, the district attorney for Fulton County, of lying about her connection to the designated top Trump prosecutor.
Willis’s partner, Nathan Wade, said on oath that he paid for all of his vacation expenditures using his company card and that Willis paid him back in cash.
Nathan Wade purchased flowers for Fani Willis and also paid for lodging, airfare, a cruise, and Uber rides.
Jocelyn Wade’s bank accounts demonstrate that Nathan Wade purchased Fani Willis tickets to Miami and San Francisco.
Fani Willis was confrontational, haughty, and stubborn when she went on the witness stand on Thursday!
“I am not a hostile witness. I very much want to be here. Ms. Merchant’s interests are contrary to democracy, your honor, not to mine!” Willis said.
During Michael Roman’s lawyer Ashleigh Merchant’s cross-examination, Willis babbled endlessly about her friendship with Nathan Wade.
