Robin Yeartie, the former employee and associate of former Fulton County, Georgia, district attorney Fani Willis, testified that Willis had a sexual relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade prior to her hiring Wade in late 2021.
In the 2020 election meddling case against former President Donald Trump and eighteen other defendants, Wade is the chief prosecutor.

It is said that Willis took advantage of the large income offered by the corporation to make money on opulent excursions that they both took. Though she maintained that she shared all costs on these excursions, questions remain about whether she benefited personally from the arrangement.
Wade received $250 per hour, as reported by The New York Post last month. Atlanta’s WXIA-TV, an NBC affiliate, reports that his legal practice was paid $653,880 in 2022 and 2023.
In court filings, Willis and Wade claimed that their romance began in 2022 after Willis named Wade a special prosecutor in the election case from November 2021.
However, Yeartie said during the hearing on Thursday that Willis and Wade were romantically involved shortly after meeting at a municipal court conference in October 2019.
When asked if she saw actions between them that would be expected in a love relationship, she said “Yes.”
Before November 2021, Yeartie recalled seeing them “hugging, kissing, just affection”
When Wade testified, he denied the assertion.
Defense attorney Ashleigh Merchant questioned, “When did your romantic relationship with Ms. Willis begin?”
“Early 2022,” Wade said. “Around March.”
