Republican Senator Greg Dolezal looks into Willis’s allegations and defends the legislature’s use of taxpayer funds as a watchdog.
Dolezal said, “This resolution is about an officer of the state of Georgia … and how they are using state funds,” explaining, “This falls squarely within what we should be talking about and what we should be addressing.”

According to the documents, Wade has allegedly charged taxpayers approximately $600,000 since January 2022, despite his purported lack of experience in RICO and felony prosecutions.
According to Roman’s filing, in November 2021, Wade charged Fulton County for an incredible twenty-four hours of work in a single day.
