The Biden administration is sued by the mother of an autistic child who was raped and killed by an illegal immigrant for failing to maintain border security.
Tammy Nobles attributes her daughter’s death by a member of the infamous MS-13 gang on the federal government’s open border policies.
According to The National Desk, Nobles focuses his case on the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Services.

She demands $100 million, claiming both entities have grossly negligent operations.
In July 2022, tragedy struck. In Aberdeen, Maryland, a 20-year-old female named Kayla Hamilton was attacked violently. It was shocking to learn that the culprit was a 16-year-old El Salvadorian illegal immigrant.
A teenager was admitted into the nation amid the continuing invasion via the porous southern border, according to Nobles, even though his commitment to MS-13 was evident by his tattoos.
In a devastating statement before the House Homeland Security Committee on Thursday, the bereaved mother described how he used a cord to strangle Hamilton to death, taking just $6 in the process.
At the hearing, Nobles honors her late daughter and provides insight into the terrifying moments leading up to Kayla’s untimely demise.
“July 24th, 2002, was one of the best days of my life. I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl and named her Kayla Marie,” she recalled. “She loved to smile and laugh.
“She always kept her friends close and never forgot anyone. She was kind, caring, thoughtful and funny. She loved life and God. She showed the world that being yourself was ok and you didn’t have to follow everyone else.

“But sadly, on July 27th, 2022, I received the worst news that a parent doesn’t want to hear that my newly 20-year-old daughter Kayla Hamilton was murdered in her own room and left on the floor like trash.”
Nobles expressed her rage at DHS workers who didn’t appear to care to check the people they let into the nation, which allowed Hamilton’s teenage killer to enter.
“Had DHS employees performed a visual inspection of the assailant’s body, they would have seen MS-13 gang-related tattoos on his body, disqualifying him from entering the U.S. DHS employees failed to make a simple phone call to the El Salvador government to verify if the assailant was on an MS-13 gang affiliation list,” she testified.
“Had they done so, El Salvador government officials would have confirmed that the assailant was a known MS-13 gang member with a prior criminal history. DHS supervisors had failed to train and supervise DHS employees to properly screen minors attempting to enter US soil from El Salvador.”
The DHS under the Biden administration never made such a call, and the rest is history.
Hamilton was brutally killed, and her absence will always be felt by the family she left behind.
As could be expected, DHS says nothing about the case. How can an organization defend the unreasonable?
Furthermore, there is none indication that Hamilton’s murder will have any impact on anyone in the White House. This administration just prevailed in court to stop the state of Texas from defending its own border.
Even worse, the state was informed it could not use razor wire to safeguard the region surrounding Eagle Pass by the U.S. Supreme Court, which decided on Monday by a vote of 5 to 4.
Why?
Along with Chief Justice John Roberts, the three liberal justices on the court, and Justice Amy Coney Barrett, who was chosen by former President Donald Trump, the Biden administration successfully argued that obstacles like razor wire are cruel.
Where Hamilton’s murderer entered the nation remains unknown.
However, the southern border policies of President Joe Biden have basically allowed anyone to enter the country.
The rape and killing of Kayla Hamilton, as well as the other fentanyl-related fatalities of others, are the fault of the president and his administration.
The relatives of Biden’s victims cannot sue him because he is president.
Nobles is again on the attack, but this time, he is focusing on two of his organizations that have essentially let her and her daughter down.
