A New Report Shows Files That Were Deleted and Encrypted by a Pelosi-Appointed Panel Looking into the Capitol Intrusion on January 6, 2021
According to Fox News, the oversight subcommittee of the House Administration Committee, led by Republican Representative Barry Loudermilk of Georgia, has discovered that 117 files were deleted on January 1, 2023. Just before Pelosi’s panel was supposed to discuss material with the newly elected GOP-controlled panel, this erasure took place.

According to the article, the encrypted information were successfully retrieved since a digital forensics firm was hired to scrape the hard drives.
“It’s obvious that Pelosi’s Select Committee went to great lengths to prevent Americans from seeing certain documents produced in their investigation,” Fox News was told by Loudermilk. “It also appears that Bennie Thompson and Liz Cheney intended to obstruct our Subcommittee by failing to preserve critical information and videos as required by House rules.”
Democratic Congresswoman Thompson from Mississippi and then-Republican Congresswoman Cheney from Wyoming served as the committee’s chairs and vice chairs, respectively, on January 6.
“The American people deserve to know the full truth, and Speaker [Mike] Johnson has empowered me to use all tools necessary to recover these documents to get the truth, and I will,” Loudermilk said.
The lawmaker has formally asked Thompson for access to the materials.
“As you acknowledged in your July 7, 2023 letter, the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol (Select Committee) did not archive all Committee records as required by House Rules,” Fox News was able to get the letter that Loudermilk wrote.
“You wrote that you sent specific transcribed interviews and depositions to the White House and Department of Homeland Security but did not archive them with the Clerk of the House,” he said.
The lawmaker mentioned Thompson “claimed that you turned over 4-terabytes of digital files, but the hard drives archived by the Select Committee with the Clerk of the House contain less than 3- terabytes of data.”

Loudermilk had doubts regarding the veracity of the data that were discovered.
“One recovered file disclosed the identity of an individual whose testimony was not archived by the Select Committee,” he wrote. “Further, we found that most of the recovered files are password-protected, preventing us from determining what they contain.”
The lawmaker asked for “a list of passwords for all password-protected files created by the Select Committee” to enable his committee to “access these files and ensure they are properly archived.”
With Johnson’s full backing, Loudermilk declared the start of an exciting new chapter in his research.
He has asked for full, uncensored transcripts of the interviews that Pelosi’s panel—which includes staff members from the White House and the Department of Homeland Security—conducted.
In a recent study, Loudermilk brought attention to the loss of many more files.
“All of the videotapes of all depositions are gone,” As reported by Just the News, he stated.
The important point raised by Loudermilk is that it’s now unclear how accurate the remaining transcripts are. He brought up the fact that Cassidy Hutchinson, the witness against the former president Donald Trump, had altered her statement many months after she had first appeared in court. Just the News reported this information.

so called justice dept. for using those obviously manipulated, untrue files that “Ugly Nancy”, and “Bennie the bloat “used to construct their lies.
