The US Supreme Court recently affirmed the Biden Administration’s position and gave Border Patrol personnel permission to remove razor wire from the Texas–Mexico border.
By a decision of 5 to 4, the Supreme Court approved Biden’s emergency request.

In nine of the fourteen emergency applications, the Supreme Court has agreed with the Biden Regime, indicating a noteworthy tendency.
Remember that Biden’s border patrol agents on the southern border are purposefully severing a razor wire barrier on private land. The safety of American residents is at risk because of this careless move, which permits illegal aliens to enter the country without restriction.
In response, Governor Greg Abbott (R) installed around thirty miles of razor wire close to Eagle Pass along the Texas–Mexico border. This drastic action was done in response to the wave of illegal immigrants that the Biden administration was allowing to enter the country.
After the Biden administration removed razor wire at the border, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit.

The challenge challenging Biden’s decision is taken up by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Biden’s position was first upheld by a federal judge, but the appeals court has ruled that agents are not allowed to remove the razor wire.
On Monday, the Biden Regime’s urgent plea was granted by the conservative justices Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett, whom Trump had selected. This startled everyone.

As a result of the Supreme Court’s decision in favor of Border Patrol agents, Texas’ razor wire along the US-Mexico border may be removed.
The Biden administration’s urgent request was accepted by the court in a decisive 5-4 decision. The government said that Texas was impeding agents’ attempts to carry out their duties.
Four conservative justices on the nine-justice court were named in a recent order as being against the government’s motion. The Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh are among these members.
Between Amy Coney Barrett and Thomas I can’t decide which is worse!!! When the chips are down you can always count on either or both of them to stick it to the right!!!
