A Cobb County court granted a request to release Nathan Wade’s divorce documents, a well-known prosecutor connected to President Trump’s team.

Judge Henry R. Thompson has recently decided to put a temporary stop to Fani Willis’ deposition. Willis has already attempted to have the subpoena revoked. Tuesday was the appointed day for the deposition.
On Monday, the court was informed by Jocelyn Wade’s counsel that her client desires Fani Willis’ deposition not as a Fulton County DA but as “the alleged paramour of my client’s husband.”
“I have questions and she needs to answer them,” Attorney Jocelyn Wade informed the judge.

Fani Willis and Nathan Wade, a prominent Trump prosecutor in her office, had a “improper” intimate involvement, as was previously revealed.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution said that prosecutor Fani Willis “financially benefited” from a sexual involvement with another prosecutor, Nathan Wade, whom she assigned to look into President Trump.
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis courageously filed RICO and conspiracy charges against President Trump and eighteen other individuals in August in response to their daring refusal to recognize the results of the 2020 election.
A request has been filed in Fulton County Superior Court on behalf of Michael Roman, a former official in the Trump campaign. In Fani Willis’ RICO case, Roman is charged on several counts (counts 1, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19).
The submitted motion seeks to exclude Fani Willis, Nathan Wade, and the entire DA’s office from the RICO lawsuit against Trump in addition to dismissing the charges against Michael Roman.

It is claimed that Fani Willis and Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor assigned to look into Trump, paid for opulent trips to Napa Valley and a Caribbean cruise. It’s shocking to think that Wade paid for these out-of-town excursions using money from Fulton County.
“County records show that Wade, who has played a prominent role in the election interference case, has been paid nearly $654,000 in legal fees since January 2022. The DA authorizes his compensation.” As reported by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
There has been news recently regarding Fani Willis being subpoenaed to testify in Nathan Wade’s divorce lawsuit. This judicial case involves Nathan Wade, who was designated as a special prosecutor to look into Donald Trump and his allies.
According to a court document that The Wall Street Journal exclusively obtained, Willis has been formally called to testify in the well reported divorce proceedings between Nathan and Joycelyn Wade.
The lawyer for Fani Willis did not spend any time in submitting a move to revoke the subpoena. Jocelyn Wade was vehemently accused by them of “interfering” with their RICO lawsuit against Trump.
Fani Willis requested a protective order, and Jocelyn Wade’s attorney answered with indisputable proof.
Jocelyn Wade gave Fani Willis a wild ride.
“The arguments asserted by Ms. Wills are disingenuous, specious, and her claimed basis for same fails as a matter of law. Upon information and belief, Ms. Wills has information and knowledge directly relevant to alleged conduct of the Plaintiff that would be considered by the Court asto equitable division of the marital estate, dissipation of marital assets, and spousal support.” Attorneys for Jocelyn Wade said in a court document this reporter looked through.
“Furthermore, Ms. Wilis’s implied threat to pursue charges against Defendant and her counsel, based on inconvenient facts from her personal life that are directly relevant to the ongoing divorce proceedings in the above-styled action, is an affront to the integrity of her office,” The lawyers for Jocelyn Wade wrote.
“If non-party, Ms. Willis, seeks protection, it appears that the one she needs protection from is herself,” the filing read.
Jocelyn Wade’s Capital One credit card bills are included in the court document that The Gateway Pundit examined, providing insight into Nathan Wade’s financial activities.
Fani Willis received several tokens of appreciation from Nathan Wade, such as flowers and payment for opulent lodging, airfare, a fun cruise, and cost-effective Uber rides.
