The Department of “Justice” issued a strong warning to Texas, threatening legal action in the event that the state moved forward with implementing SB4.
Texas vehemently objects to the Regime’s policies. According to recent CNN reports, on Wednesday night, Texas officials made arrests in Shelby Park in Eagle Pass, Texas. These people are the first illegal immigrants to be arrested since the state took over the US-Mexico border region last week; they are being prosecuted with criminal trespassing.
A shocking news was recently published by Texas Department of Public Safety Lieutenant Chris Olivarez on his official X account. This update included pictures of the invaders’ incarceration by law enforcement and the invasion’s successful arrests. The majority of the people detained are adult single men and women who are discovered to be in the nation unlawfully.

According to Oilvarez, migrants who are detained for illegal trespassing will first face state charges before being turned over to US Border Patrol agents.
