An independent journalist known on social media as 1st Responders Media saw something unsettling when interviewing a group of recently arrived illegal immigrants.
The writer, who has covered border issues before, recounted a troubling conversation that raises serious questions about Americans’ safety in light of the current border scenario.

The reporter recalled that when he asked about the individual’s past, things got heated. The reaction was unexpectedly antagonistic.
“By the way… If you are smart enough, you will know who I am. But you are really not smart enough to know who I am. But soon you’re going to know who I am,” The unauthorized immigrant forewarned.
This person’s identity is still a mystery, and his comment has an unclear and unsettling connotation.
The journalist posted a video of the interaction to their followers, highlighting the hostile and hazardous actions of the undocumented immigrant.
The post read, “A migrant who illegally crossed into the United States threatened me, saying ‘You find out who I am very soon,’ simply because I asked him where he was from.”
By labeling senior figures including Alejandro Mayorkas, the secretary of homeland security, the president of the United States, the department of homeland security, and customs and border protection, the journalist attacked the way border security and immigration policy were handled.

At the worldwide Association of Chiefs of Police convention in San Diego, California, FBI Director Chris Wray delivered a sobering speech about the frightening rise in local and worldwide violent extremism.

The CBP San Diego field office has warned its officers about the possibility of Jihadists trying to enter the country over the southern border, according to a recent internal document that was acquired by the Daily Caller News Foundation. The document issues a warning, stating that organizations like Hamas, Hezbollah, and other Jihadists looking to enter our country may have been inspired by recent terrorist assaults in Israel.
“San Diego Field Office Intelligence Unit assesses that individuals inspired by, or reacting to the current Israel-Hamas conflict may attempt travel to or from the area of hostilities in the Middle East via circuitous transit across the Southwest border,” the memo reads.
“Foreign fighters motivated by ideology or mercenary soldiers of fortune may attempt to obfuscate travel to or from the US to or from countries in the Middle East through Mexico,” the memo adds.
