Famous Republican pollster Frank Luntz boldly wagered a sizeable $150,000 on the winner of the much awaited presidential contest—former president Donald Trump.
“If you had to bet $150,000 on who’s going to win in November, who would you bet on?” following Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley’s debate on Wednesday, a reporter from CBS questioned Luntz.

“I never dreamed that I would say this, but I would bet on Trump. I never – I thought it was done. I thought it was over,” he replied.
“You don’t come back from an impeachment, you don’t come back from January 6, you don’t come back from any of this, but he’s come back,” he continued. “The guy’s a survivor, and his opponent is having so much trouble that I would, at this point, give the edge to Trump.”
In a statement to Breitbart News, Luntz makes an effort to elucidate his previous comments. He understands that his campaign could suffer if he does poorly in the Iowa caucuses. He does, however, issue a warning against extrapolating too much from his earlier remarks because things might turn out differently if Trump does poorly on Monday.
According to recent polling, Trump is leading in Iowa and is predicted to keep up his strong performance. With an average of roughly 53 percent of the vote, he currently has a substantial lead of nearly 35 points over his closest rival, former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley.
