According to the publication, Trump declared that his mother-in-law, 78-year-old Amalija Knavs, was “very ill” and described the circumstances as “tough.”
“Hopefully, she’ll be recovering,” he added. “It’s a tough one, a very tough one.”
According to the former president, his spouse “sends her love.”
“She knows about 95 percent of the people in this room,” said the GOP front-runner for 2024.
