With a bold embrace of his “Bidenomics” plan, President Joe Biden asserts with confidence that his economic measures have significantly improved the lives of Americans.
The results of the poll show that a large number of people credit Bidenomics for their lower holiday spending. Furthermore, these results show that a sizable portion of the population feels pressured to work longer hours or look for other jobs in order to pay for their holiday celebrations.

A startling 74% of the 1,000 participants in Empower’s 2023 holiday spending report said that inflation has forced them to cut back on their holiday spending. Furthermore, according to Fox Business, 31% of respondents said they had to work longer hours to make ends meet.
“The survey shows that over a third (34%) are trimming their budgets in favor of saving this year, while others are cutting back on buying gifts or non-essential expenses like dining out to stay on track,” Courtney Burrell, a representative for Empower, stated to Fox Business.
“How you allocate your holiday budget will depend on what’s most important to you – this year, you may prioritize travel to visit family that you typically only see during the holidays over decorations or cut back on social commitments in order to give yourself a larger budget for holiday gifts,” she said.
“Thirty-seven percent of respondents said they plan to spend less than $250 on gifts this year, and more than one in 10 told Empower they are budgeting more than $1,000,” the report said.
The data shows that people are buying and celebrating the holidays with great enthusiasm, even in the current circumstances. Spending by consumers surged to an unprecedented level over the Thanksgiving weekend, and it is predicted that the entire holiday shopping season will break all previous records.
“However, the spending spree comes as U.S. consumers are already carrying record levels of credit card debt, and some experts are concerned a potential crisis is brewing as the balances rack up, and more people find themselves unable to pay them back – especially at today’s high interest rates,” Fox Business reported.
The president was given a very important economic report in October.
Only 39% of voters in critical swing states—Wisconsin, Arizona, Georgia, and North Carolina—believe the president can manage the economy, according to a recent poll, according to RealClearPolitics.

Steve Cortes, the distinguished chairman and founder of the League of American Workers, explains why a startling 77 percent of voters think our country is headed in the wrong direction in a compelling piece that appears on our website.
Out of the 39 percent who thought favorably of the president’s economic management, just 9 percent expressed “strong approval.”
“So, despite the propaganda of media apologists and cherry-picking of a small set of data points that appear temporarily uplifting, voters clearly understand their tough economic slog and place blame squarely upon Biden and his allies,” the author said.
“In fact, in separate polling from Gallup going back seven decades, Republicans have never before enjoyed a larger edge on the primary issue of the day, the economy. Combining that survey with this new LAW poll in battleground states, the harsh reality of economic anxiety becomes clearer, especially for citizens of modest means,” he said.
The results of our most recent survey demonstrate how deeply concerned workers are about their declining purchasing power and the challenges they have in paying for the soaring costs of housing, such as rent and mortgages.
“In these four states, fully 39% of voters said that ‘Income Erosion’ was a top concern regarding the effects of systemic, punishing inflation. Americans work harder to afford less, as evidenced by the crushing 24 straight months of declining real wages under Biden, meaning pay adjusted for the costs of the goods and services of life,” he said.
A recent poll indicates that Democratic voters’ support for the president has reached an all-time low.
Democrats’ opinion of President Joe Biden’s job approval rating has fallen dramatically over the last month, to the lowest level since he took office. This info is from a new Gallup survey that was made public on Thursday. According to the research, Biden’s approval rating among Democrats is currently at 75%, which is a notable double-digit decline from 86 percent in September.
