Texas recently placed buoys along the Rio Grande River to deter illegal border crossings.
Naturally, Democrats freaked out.

Now the 5th Circuit Court has ordered Texas to remove the barriers from the river. This is a perfect reminder that the left wants these people to enter the country illegally. All of this is being allowed to happen on purpose.

Texas river border buoys are ordered to be removed by a court.
On Friday, a federal appeals court ordered Texas to take down a number of buoys along its river border with Mexico, which sparked outrage from Democratic lawmakers and proponents of immigration.
The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals rejected Texas’ attempt to reverse a federal district judge’s order to remove a contentious barrier, voting 2-1 in favor of the court. President Joe Biden’s nominee, Judge Dana Douglas, argues that the district judge erred in his decision by failing to take into account the effects on human safety, federal government operations, and navigation along the Rio Grande.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott put in place a barrier made of anti-dive net underneath and orange spherical buoys connected by sturdy metal cables. This roughly 1,000-foot barrier was installed in early July, and according to Governor Abbott, it has been successful in keeping many people from crossing. But the Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against the state, claiming that by obstructing American waterways, the barrier broke federal environmental law.
Abbott and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton plan to immediately pursue an en banc hearing because they vehemently disagree with the circuit court’s ruling. All of the court judges would meet for such a hearing in order to reevaluate the case.
Because of the Biden administration’s carelessness, Abbott no longer needs these buoys.
