Recognized for his unwavering perseverance, Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH) has subpoenaed an important witness in the Hunter Biden probe. His goal is to unearth any potential political wrongdoing that would have benefitted the son of President Joe Biden.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf is being summoned by a subpoena to answer for possible wrongdoing involving Attorney General Merrick Garland and President Biden. The committee is inquiring about claims of inappropriate interactions with defense counsel and obstruction.

“Based on the Committee’s investigation to date, it is clear that you possess specialized and unique information that is unavailable to the Committee through other sources and without which the Committee’s inquiry would be incomplete,” The Committee writes. It continues by saying that prosecutors could have informed Hunter’s legal team about an impending search warrant for a storage locker and that detectives were not allowed to question witnesses about “the big guy” in exchanges between Hunter and colleagues that were interpreted to allude to his father.
A plea agreement for the tax crimes fell through when defense attorneys voiced concerns about future firearm charges for someone who had used drugs. Wolf reports to Delaware U.S. Attorney and Special Counsel David Weiss, who made headlines this year for charging Hunter Biden with tax evasion and felony gun possession.

Hunter’s lawyers have attacked famous Republicans like Steve Bannon, Rudy Giuliani, and former President Donald Trump harshly, claiming that they are purposefully inflaming political passions to sabotage a just verdict in his case. Hunter has sued the federal government of his own father for “embarrassing,” and he has even gone so far as to insist on presenting Trump with a subpoena personally.
