Fani Willis Faces Intensified Collusion Probe – House Committee Act!

Jim Jordan, the Republican chair of the House Judiciary Committee, is applying further pressure to Fani Willis, the district attorney for Fulton County. He is asking for documents pertaining to the investigation conducted by her office and the choice to indict former President Donald Trump and 18 other people for allegedly trying to rig Georgia’s 2020 presidential election.

Secret government manifestation pill 💊?

On Monday, a subcommittee sent a letter asserting “substantial federal interest” in Willis’ case. This is the second letter to argue that the former president tried to influence the outcome of his 2020 contest with President Joe Biden. Rep. Jordan said in a letter that Congress has the power to look into any situation involving the “welfare” of a sitting or departed president.

“Congress has an interest in any such activity that involves federal law enforcement agencies and officials that fall under its oversight,” Jordan wrote.

Willis is being compelled to produce correspondence and supporting documentation for her participation in the prosecution of former government workers. Critics contend that federal prosecutors ought to make this choice. In addition to reminding Willis that her office gets government funding, Jordan asserted his authority to inquire after Trump’s well-being. In light of the fact that several of her witnesses overlap with those cited by special counsel Jack Smith, he questioned if she had coordinated her plan to indict Trump with the Biden Justice Department.

The Ohio Republican writes about Willis, a Democrat, and his well-timed political fundraising efforts.

“It is noteworthy that just four days before this indictment, you launched a new campaign fundraising website that highlighted your investigation into President Trump,” Jordan wrote. “Additionally, the forewoman of the special grand jury you convened to investigate President Trump earlier this year bragged during an unusual media tour about her excitement at the prospect of subpoenaing President Trump and getting to swear him in.”

The inquiry of Willis by Rep. Jordan is comparable to one involving Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Bragg accused President Trump of concealing a hush money payment relating to an affair before the 2016 election earlier this year. Critics are criticizing Bragg’s behavior since he frequently downgrades felonies to misdemeanors.

Rep. Jordan, House Oversight Chair James Comer (R-KY), and Speaker Kevin McCarthy, all prominent Republicans, are defending President Trump. Four criminal investigations are being vehemently resisted by them, who claim that they are nothing more than politically motivated witch hunts. Their major objective? to keep President Biden from being opposed in the 2020 election by the GOP’s front-runner.
