Republican David Scanlan, the secretary of state for New Hampshire, is looking for legal counsel over the possibility of keeping Donald Trump off the primary ballot.
Numerous letters have been sent to Scanlan encouraging him to act in accordance with legal theories backed by the Democrat-media nexus. According to these views, he has the power to stop Trump from being on the ballot because of the Constitution.

Trump has not been accused of taking part in an uprising or revolt against the United States.
“Not being a lawyer and not wanting to make a decision in a vacuum, I will be soliciting some legal opinions on what is appropriate or not before I make any decision,” Scanlan told the Boston Globe.
“I have some in-house staff attorneys that are election experts,” Scanlan said. “I will be asking the attorney general’s office for their input. And ultimately whatever is decided is probably going to require some judicial input.”
