It’s time to bring this catastrophe to light after Chuck Schumer tried to keep it under wraps.
The event was recorded on camera and made public for viewing.
After a hot mic incident reveals a big problem for a senior Democrat, Chuck Schumer vents his fury.
After being away for two months due to a severe case of shingles, Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) has rejoined the Senate.
The 90-year-old Democrat’s political future is the subject of considerable rumor. She is being urged to resign by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and other party members.
The state of Feinstein’s physical and mental health raises questions about how well she will be able to carry out her responsibilities as a public servant.
She made a public display of her considerably diminished mental ability during a frightening episode that was captured on a hot microphone in the Senate floor.
A colleague Democratic senator and her staff advised Feinstein to support moving forward with a crucial military bill.
During the vote, the California Democrat overheard her staffers telling her to “just say ‘aye'” on a hot microphone.
Feinstein had to either “Aye” or “Nay” when her name was called during the Defense Appropriations bill voting.
When her name was announced, she began reading from a script with assurance.

“For me to say I would like to support a yes vote on this,” Feinstein remarked, looking extremely uneasy. “It provides 823 billion. That’s an increase of 26 billion for the Department of Defense. And it funds priorities submitted.”
She was approached by one of her assistants who instructed her to “just say aye.”
After that, Sen. Patty Murray (D-WA) added her voice, urging people to “just say aye.”
Feinstein said, “Ok, just,” seeming perplexed.
Murray reiterated, “Aye.”
After being guided through the voting, Feinstein ultimately responded “Aye”.
The most seasoned senator, Dianne Feinstein, may no longer be able to carry out her duties properly because she needs assistance with basic Senate processes.
Her crew quickly started doing damage control after the incident, which was caught on tape, in an effort to lessen the effects.
“Trying to complete all of the appropriations bills before recess, the committee markup this morning was a little chaotic, constantly switching back and forth between statements, votes, and debate and the order of bills,” stated a Feinstein representative. “The Senator was preoccupied, didn’t realize debate had just ended and a vote was called.”
No written statement from the Senator’s staff could take the place of her own remarks.
Feinstein’s recent actions raise questions about how mentally bright she is.
She explained that she remained devoted to her duties in the Senate throughout her two-month vacation in an interview with a reporter.
“No, I haven’t been gone,” Feinstein said. “You should follow the — I haven’t been gone. I’ve been working.”
Feinstein said when the reporter inquired if she was working from home: “No, I’ve been here. I’ve been voting.”
Any further absences or Dianne Feinstein’s resignation may seriously jeopardize the Democratic Party’s tenuous hold on the Senate majority.
