Surveillance footage shows a Muslim male suspect, 17, allegedly stabbing the victim to death.
According to witnesses, the suspect reportedly said, “As Muslims, please refrain from engaging in this behavior in my presence.”

A witness claims that a stranger fatally stabbed a shirtless man at a Brooklyn Mobil station. The assailant said that his Muslim faith was disrespected by the victim’s friend’s exuberant dancing while pumping gas.
In light of the potential that a documented killing may have been motivated by hatred, the NYPD is looking into it.
According to the police, the commotion started when the victim arrived at the Mobil gas station on Coney Island Avenue close to Avenue P in Midwood at around 11:15 p.m. on Saturday. On one of the hottest days of the year, the victim got out of their white vehicle with four shirtless buddies wearing swim trunks.
The witness recalled the victim’s buddy starting to dance while wearing tiny, restrictive trunks that looked like “underwear.”
Witness Summy Ullah said that a group of guys who were leaving the Mobil station harassed a 28-year-old man and his pals who were standing outside wearing pink swim trunks. A terrible death occurred as a result of the argument’s escalation.
