Due to a disappointing reason, Fourth of July celebrations in Los Angeles come to an end.

Fireworks displays have evolved into a crucial component of Fourth of July celebrations across the country.

Government employees in Los Angeles, California, have sunk to a disturbing new level of disdain at the celebration of the nation’s independence.

The Fourth of July fireworks displays along the shore must be cancelled due to environmental rules.

Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board issues new regulation to prevent fireworks from polluting the ocean

Companies now need a licence from the city and must utilize environmentally friendly, biodegradable fireworks in their displays.

The board made the decision to prevent plastic waste from fireworks from polluting the Pacific Ocean.

Due to permit rejection, numerous fireworks displays had to be cancelled. The holiday weekend was less enjoyable.

Pyro Spectaculars by Souza puts employee security first, and in response to their worries, has chosen not to apply for a water control board licence.

“We cannot and will not risk the safety of our staff and the public to comply with the restrictive regulations,” CEO Jim Souza said. “The water board instituted the new regulations quickly and unilaterally, with little input from us, one of the largest and most experienced firework show producers in the nation.”

Souza claims that the proposed regulations’ adoption endangers employee safety because workers would be in charge of watching the fireworks in real time and cleaning up right away after the show.

Many fireworks businesses did not follow the requirements set forth by the water control board in order to be granted a permit.

Extremist environmental supporters’ legal action, which led to the ban on fireworks, was the cause.

A planned Fourth of July fireworks display in Long Beach was contested in a federal lawsuit earlier this year by the Coastal Environmental Rights Foundation.

According to the lawsuit, fireworks set off along the ocean would violate the federal Clean Water Act by releasing plastic into Alamitos Bay.

Even though the complaint was dropped, the water control board used the trial as an opportunity to take action against coastal fireworks.

Evidence that “fireworks-related pollutants” were accidentally released into Alamitos Bay was submitted throughout the trial.

Democrats despise patriotic festivals and used a frivolous lawsuit as a thinly veiled excuse to challenge a beloved and patriotic Fourth of July custom.

The town of Redondo Beach was astonished and dismayed by the yearly fireworks display.

“I’ve lived here a long time and I think this is the first year there will be no fireworks in King Harbor,” Bill Brand, the mayor of Redondo Beach, lamented.

When California’s left-wing lunacy declared war on a long-standing Fourth of July custom, it reached a new, repugnant low.
