Because to the Hunter Biden whistleblower allegations, a close friend of Joe Biden might go to jail.
Two whistleblowers testify before the House Ways and Means Committee, including IRS agent Gary Shapley, who oversaw the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden. To preserve anonymity and get truthful information, the discussion was conducted behind closed doors.
Attorney General Merrick Garland may have lied to Congress about potential political meddling in the investigation of Hunter Biden, according to the whistleblowers’ strong case.
Kevin Hern, a congressman from Oklahoma, stated at a press conference that two trustworthy informants who shared the same information concerning the Biden Justice Department’s significant political intervention to shield Hunter Biden from criminal allegations, supported the same narrative.
“Whistleblower One’s story was corroborated by Whistleblower Two,” Hern stated. “The attorneys for the Democrats had the ability to ask any questions, any clarifications they wanted to and review the final transcript.”
Greg Murphy, a congressman from North Carolina, supports the whistleblower’s authenticity.
“One individual came forward and laid out the full case of what’s going on. The second individual, through his attorney, asked Ways and Means to contact him and ask for testimony. So we didn’t seek these, they sought us,” Murphy stated.
In testimony, Shapley and other informants said that U.S. Attorney David Weiss, who was in charge of the Hunter Biden investigation, admitted at a meeting on October 7, 2022, that he did not have the final word over Hunter Biden’s indictment. This was an important issue brought up during their statement.

Shapley declared that Weiss was not permitted to file charges in California by the Biden administration’s Justice Department.
The charges were carefully transferred to Washington, D.C. by the Biden Justice Department in order to avoid the statute of limitations running out. As a result, Hunter Biden will be unable to avoid being held accountable for the money he got from Burisma.
A startling finding disproves Garland’s earlier assertion that there was no political interference and his rejection of a special prosecutor, which runs counter to his sworn testimony before Congress.
“Absolutely not and the President has not done that, and the President has committed not to interfere, not only in that investigation but any other kind of investigation,” Garland claimed.
Conservatives responded angrily and demanded that Garland be the subject of a criminal probe.
