Jordan Neely, a mentally ill homeless guy, died, and Alvin Bragg wants to put Marine veteran Daniel Penny in jail.

Following pressure from the Left, including attempts by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to turn this into another George Floyd incident, Bragg gave in, and Penny was taken into custody. Police first released him because they understood he acted in self-defense.

In a recently released film, Penny’s defense team painstakingly dismantles Bragg’s case using an engaging account from Penny. Penny provides a clear perspective on what actually happened and rebuts any misleading accusations through her remembrance of the events. This footage thoroughly demonstrates Penny’s innocence and puts an end to any remaining questions.

Penny related an incident in which Neely entered the subway vehicle and behaved aggressively, seeming to be extremely upset and under the influence.

“The man stumbled on, he appeared to be on drugs, the doors closed, and he ripped his jacket off and threw it down at the people sitting next to me at my left,” Penny stated.

Penny recalled Neely’s unambiguous admission that he was prepared to kill someone and bear the legal consequences that would follow.

NO WAY! The Shocking Truth About Trump Exposed

“I was listening to music at the time, and I took my headphones out to hear what he was yelling,” Penny added. “The three main threats that he repeated over and over again were ‘I’m going to kill you,’ ‘I’m prepared to go to jail for life’ and ‘I’m willing to die.’”

Penny acknowledges that she is afraid despite being a Marine. Because of his mental state, Neely feared for both his own safety and the safety of the other passengers.

“There’s a common misconception that Marines don’t get scared. We’re actually taught one of our core values is courage, and courage is not the absence of fear but how you handle fear,” Penny continued. “I was scared for myself but I looked around there was women and children, he was yelling in their faces saying these threats. I just couldn’t sit still.”

By emphasizing that it was only a limited length of time and that Neely was still able to breathe normally at that time, Penny has refuted the notion that he put Neely in a chokehold for 15 minutes.

“Some people say that I was holding on to Mr. Neely for 15 minutes. This is not true — between stops is only a couple of minutes. So the whole interaction lasted less than 5 minutes,” Penny said. “Some people say I was trying to choke him to death — which is also not true. I was trying to restrain him. You can see in the video there’s a clear rise and fall of his chest, indicating that he’s breathing. I’m trying to restrain him from being able to carry out the threats.”

Neely has a long history of arrests, including one when he punched an elderly woman in the face and physically abused her.

Alvin Bragg, a prosecutor with connections to Soros, has drawn criticism for his propensity to defend and penalize people depending on their political allegiances.

In response to the BLM movement’s call, Bragg detained Daniel Penny.

However, in this specific situation, Bragg’s stance is unsupported by factual data and verifiable facts.
