The inquiry by the House Oversight Committee into whether President Joe Biden was swayed by foreign money has recently taken an unexpected turn.
James Comer (R-KY) and Chuck Grassley, two congressional leaders, have learned about a potential criminal bribery plot involving former Vice President Biden via a whistleblower. According to the informant, the FBI is in possession of an FD-1023 document that details a $5 million payment from a foreigner in exchange for Biden’s ability to influence public policy. This development necessitates more research and criticism.
The FD-1023 was the product of information provided by a reliable confidential informant who worked with the FBI for 13 years.
During Comer’s probe, the FBI acknowledged the form’s existence but chose not to make it public since it was a part of an active investigation that probably involved the President.
The FBI voiced worry that if the identity of the confidential informant who provided information about Biden is revealed, they could be in danger of “being killed,” according to Representative Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), a member of the Oversight Committee.
“Just left meeting for House Oversight,” Luna said on social media. “The [FBI] is afraid their informant will be killed if unmasked, based on the info he has brought forward about the Biden family.”

on the FBI’s caution on the informant’s safety, Luna stated her worries to Fox News Digital, finding it both upsetting and noteworthy.
The informant’s information is confirmed as being extremely genuine by the threat that their safety would face if their identity were to be made public.
Comer claims that the informant is a highly reliable source for the FBI and that the agency has compensated him handsomely for his years of service.
“He had been a part of the bureau for 13 years, dating back to the Obama administration,” Comer spoke with Sean Hannity of Fox News.
Comer revealed that the allegations against Biden that date back to 2017 may have been known to the FBI.
“This particular document was dated in 2020 but there are notes in the document that date back to 2017,” Comer continued. “We believe that this human source initially informed the FBI of the bribery scheme back in 2017. So my question to the FBI was, ‘What exactly have you done with this accusation?’”
Comer and Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), the committee’s distinguished minority member, reviewed the form in a private room.
The entire committee is making a valiant attempt to obtain the FBI document for their investigation.
