Democrats are furiously angry about the Supreme Court’s current conservative majority.
However, a decision they recently made sparked a strong response.
Chuck Schumer looked dumb as a result of his monumental failure in criticizing the Supreme Court.
Joe Biden suffered one of his most devastating defeats of his term at the hands of the Supreme Court, which dealt him a significant blow.
The Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) WOTUS rule was overturned by the Justices in a unanimous 9-0 ruling.
The WOTUS rule has broadened the definition of a body of water under the Clean Water Act.
Small streams and puddles would have been subject to comprehensive regulatory monitoring under proposed EPA regulations.
Farmers and ranchers would have been further burdened by the EPA’s stringent restrictions, which would have hindered their ability to run their operations effectively.
According to a decision by the Supreme Court, a body of water must have a continuous surface connection to another significant body of water in order to be regarded as a source of water.

Following the Supreme Court’s 9-0 decision to invalidate their robust environmental plan, Democrats blasted the court.
Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) made a fool of himself by criticizing the Supreme Court on social media.
“This MAGA Supreme Court is continuing to erode our country’s environmental laws,” Schumer said on social media. “Make no mistake – this ruling will mean more polluted water, and more destruction of wetlands. We’ll keep fighting to protect our waters.”
Schumer chose to reject the concerns of all Supreme Court Justices, including the four typically liberal justices, despite their unanimity in opposition.
Due to its extreme nature, the EPA’s recent change in how it interprets the WOTUS regulation has stirred controversy, leading liberal Justices to intercede and block its implementation.
When you take into account the fact that he backed the confirmation of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, a Biden nominee who had previously ruled against him, the scenario becomes even more ludicrous.
All judges on the court, including those appointed by previous Presidents Obama and Biden, have determined that the EPA’s WOTUS rule exceeded its legal authority.
Schumer refers to three liberal judges as “MAGA.”
Republicans rejoiced that the latest power grab by the Biden administration was rejected by the Supreme Court.
Attorney General Patrick Morrisey of West Virginia declared, “Big win today at the US Supreme Court.”
In favor of the Sacketts, Morrisey and 26 Republican state attorneys general submitted an amicus brief.
“Earlier this year, in a separate case, we obtained a preliminary injunction of the new Biden Administration WOTUS policy,” Morrisey said. “I will never hold back against federal overreach as we always step up to defend West Virginia jobs, our values, our freedoms, and our Constitution.”
After the humiliating loss, the White House was furious, claiming that the court’s ruling “aims to take our country backwards.”
According to White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, “it will jeopardize the sources of clean drinking water for farmers, businesses, and millions of Americans.”
The harsh judicial rejection of Joe Biden’s presidential bid has outraged Democrats.
