Biden’s presidency was characterized by a pattern of lawbreaking.
He’s ready to do something that’s clearly against the law.
The unlawful idea put out by Joe Biden is dealt a severe blow by Ted Cruz.
President Joe Biden has a limited amount of time to address the crucial debt ceiling situation.
A realistic approach to raise the limit that included modest budget cuts was advanced by House Republicans, but it stalled in the Democrat-controlled Senate.
Democrats and Biden obstinately oppose any budget cuts to the too large government budget.
To approve a debt limit rise without any restrictions, the President intended to win over moderate Republicans in Congress.
Surprisingly, Senate Republicans have sided with the House in the conflict.
President Biden is utilizing his executive authority to raise the debt ceiling since the US government may fail on its obligations.
The president considers raising the debt ceiling by use of the 14th Amendment, which is constitutionally dubious.

In a Fox News interview, Ted Cruz (R-TX) criticized Biden’s most recent attempt to violate the Constitution.
“I think Biden’s position on the 14th Amendment is legally frivolous,” Cruz said.
The 14th Amendment has a provision on the national debt following the Civil War, which is a lesser-known detail about it.
“That’s a provision that was put in place to say that we’re going to pay our Civil War debts,” Cruz explained. “It refers to the Civil War that we had just fought and paying those war debts off.”
Members of Congress who lean left are pleading with President Biden to use the 14th Amendment in order to avoid discussions with the Republican-controlled House.
Treasury Secretary under Biden, Janet Yellen, expressed concern that raising the debt ceiling may lead to a “constitutional crisis.”
During his battles with the GOP House over the debt ceiling, former President Barack Obama helped to publicize this unlawful tactic.
Cruz emphasizes that Obama wouldn’t even consider the concept because of how far the relocation would go.
“By the way, someone else who agreed with that was Barack Obama,” Cruz said. “The Left tried to convince Obama to do this, and Obama said, ‘No, you can’t do this under the Constitution, under the terms of the Constitution.’”
Similar to what they did during the Obama administration, Democrats want to make Republicans responsible for the debt ceiling impasse.
“He could take default off the table,” Cruz continued. “Joe Biden doesn’t want to take default off the table. Why? Because he wants to scaremonger.”
Cruz issues a grave warning about the ramifications of failing to enact a debt limit raise before the country runs out of money. Making do with what you have becomes necessary.
“Once they run out of money, they have to obey what Congress has appropriated,” Cruz continued, pointing out that Biden just needed to pay the interest on the debt to prevent default.
Joe Biden’s plan to flagrantly disrespect the Constitution in order to avoid responsibility for his exorbitant expenditures.
