To Donald Trump’s great joy, Alvin Bragg’s tragic legal ordeal came to a depressing conclusion when his legal dispute resulted in defeat.

Judge Vyskocil turned down Mark Pomerantz’s request to ignore a subpoena issued by the House Judiciary Committee and presented by Bragg.

Pomerantz made the audacious decision to leave and write an exposé on Donald Trump’s criminality after working in the office of US Representative Seth Bragg.

Critics claim that Bragg criticized President Donald Trump after being pressed by adherents of his own philosophy and prominent Democrats.

Republicans wanted to interview Pomerantz over the alleged indictment of Donald Trump in an effort to determine any hidden agendas. They wanted to look into any political biases or influences that might have affected the process through this line of inquiry.

“It is not the role of the federal judiciary to dictate what legislation Congress may consider or how it should conduct its deliberations in that connection,” Vyskocil ruled. “Mr. Pomerantz must appear for the Congressional deposition. No one is above the law.”

Judge Vyskocil concluded in his decision that permitting Pomerantz to participate in the criminal case against President Trump may be damaging to existing grand jury deliberations and might even be a violation of confidentiality regulations.

Judge Vyskocil vehemently refuted the allegations, affirming that Pomerantz’s prosecution would move forward as scheduled whether or not he was deposed.

Bragg had a difficult time controlling Pomerantz’s testimony since the latter is both a regular person who wrote a book about the case and has declared publicly that he believes Donald Trump is guilty.

Pomerantz made an effort to avoid getting involved in the situation by presenting a different source of knowledge—a book he had previously authored that included his ideas on the subject.

Pomerantz’s claim that he had the right to restrict inquiries into his book was fiercely and comically denied by Judge Vyskocil in court.

Judge Vyskocil emphasized that Pomerantz’s own actions were the sole cause of the GOP’s attempts to get him to testify.

“Pomerantz is in this situation because he decided to inject himself into the public debate by authoring a book that he has described as ‘appropriate and in the public interest,’” the Judge wrote.

The federal appeals court granted Pomerantz a last-minute reprieve and postponed their appearance on Thursday. However, Bragg may only have a brief reprieve as they face increasingly bleak future chances.
