A shocking assessment from the Senate Health Committee’s Republican members identified a lab accident at the Wuhan Institute of Virology as the most likely cause of COVID-19. The event happened when scientists were investigating vaccinations to fight SARS-like viruses, highlighting an unanticipated and potentially hazardous outcome of their study.
“The preponderance of information affirms the plausibility of a research-related incident that was likely unintentional resulting from failures of biosafety containment during vaccine-related research,” the report finds.
Robert Kadlec, a former official in the Trump administration, discovered evidence that the Communist Chinese were looking at ways to develop a vaccine against viruses like SARS, which severely affected East Asia in 2003. Concern over the possibility that it might spread globally as an epidemic-level pandemic was raised by the report.
“I think there is a really reasonable logic to what the Chinese might be doing with regard to SARS coronavirus vaccines because they saw the impact SARS had on their country,” In an interview with Axios, Kadlec remarked.

[…] There’s no one in the world that can doubt that the Wuhan labs had the ability to make this virus,” Senator Marshall began.
Senator Marshall clarified that the lack of any natural reservoirs is the primary clue as to how COVID-19 originated in the lab.
Senator Marshall issued a cautionary statement, expressing worry that Chinese scientists may have buried their tracks by removing incriminating data from the contentious gain-of-function research from the DNA lab.
“You can’t find a cousin. You can’t find a grandfather, anything to COVID. And that’s because it was made in a laboratory and the true cousin, the true father of COVID-19 is that DNA lab bank . . . that is absolutely one of the smoking guns, one of the witnesses that this gain-of-function mafia destroyed,” Marshall concluded.
In order to put to rest rumors that the government had connections to the potential coronavirus origins, Dr. Fauci swore under oath to Congress that the United States had no role in any gain-of-function research being carried out in Wuhan, China.
