The results of famed investigative journalist Matt Taibbi’s “Twitter Files” study were made public on Thursday, highlighting the intricate relationships between Twitter and institutions like the Atlantic Council and the National Endowment for Democracy. His investigation revealed a sophisticated network of elite interests operating behind the scenes of the daily usage of social media by millions of people.

Yoel Roth, a well-known Twitter moderator and part of the group, was actively participating at the time of a crucial report.
According to Taibbi’s inquiry, some censorship demands from government agencies and non-governmental organizations (NGO) are motivated by more than simply the accuracy of the material; they also result from ideological disagreement with widely accepted societal values. Several efforts at moderation seem to have been motivated by promoting “anti-vaccine” or “anti-Ukraine” sentiments.
While the tweets were real, the censors labeled them as “Malinformation” because they believed they were too hazardous for the general public to read.
A committee charged with investigating weaponization inside federal agencies recently delivered Matt Taibbi’s thorough study of the US government and its abuses to Congress.
