Public health organizations around the country are becoming alarmed as this new pattern of drug addiction has spread to major American cities including Philadelphia, New York City, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
A fatal combination of Tranq and fentanyl increases the possibility of necrotic lesions, which may result in long-term harm. These whirling wounds are very painful, and they also have an unmistakable stench of rotten flesh.
