No one should be surprised to find out that the entire Biden Family is so deeply engrossed in corruption of any type that they would create or endorse programs to “enable education” to increase their wealth. Just review Joe Biden’s political history — approximately 50 on the U.S. Government payiroll and not a damned thing he has done to earn one cent. As a draft dodger Biden was a total success.
