“I had major side effects from my second booster shot,” Musk said. “Felt like I was dying for several days. Hopefully, no permanent damage, but I dunno.”
“And my cousin, who is young and in peak health, had a serious case of myocarditis,” the Twitter CEO continued. “Had to go to the hospital.”
a member on Twitter responded, “Got the J&J and thankfully nothing after that.”
Musk responded: “I had OG C19 before vaccines came out and it was basically a mild cold. Then had J&J vaccine with no bad effects, except my arm hurt badly. First mRNA booster was ok, but the second one crushed me.”
Elon Musk’s statements prompted me to challenge the head of Twitter, saying: “Release the Fauci Files and let America see what lies inside.”
“Elon Musk appears to speak out against COVID booster shots, saying “I felt like I was dying” adding that his cousin got myocarditis,” I tweeted. “@elonmusk, now would be a great time to drop the Fauci Files!”
Elon Musk gave an update about the upcoming distribution of the much awaited Fauci Files.
“That is a little delayed, as a key researcher can only travel to Twitter in early Feb,” Musk said.
Dr. Anthony Fauci and his wife Christine Grady’s professional connection came under fire in December 2020 when Tesla CEO Elon Musk openly questioned it.
Elon Musk criticized Dr. Fauci in a barrage of tweets for his contentious role in “gain-of-function” research, calling into question the physician’s earlier choices and supporting public scrutiny.
“Fauci bypassed the moratorium on gain-of-function research to fund dangerous projects like EcoHealth Alliance’s work in Wuhan,” said an account on Twitter. “He then worked internally to changed NIH’s definition of GoF to evade culpability. In 2022, he awarded more $ to Peter Daszak for more GoF research.”
““Gain-of-function” should be called “bioweapon” research, as the function referred is death! What was the name changed to this time?” Musk replied.
““Gain-of-function” in this context is just another way of saying “bioweapon”. Some good nuggets in article. Important to note that Fauci authored 2012 paper arguing for gain-of-function research! Obama wisely put this on pause, but Fauci restarted it,”
Musk tweeted as he was affixing a Yahoo News story.
Musk continued, “Despite these glaring issues, Twitter nonetheless had an internal Slack channel unironically called “Fauci Fan Club””
Elon Musk criticized Dr. Fauci’s working connection with his wife by pointing out that she oversees bioethics at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), which is responsible for holding him accountable. This dynamic provoked intense discussion about issues of responsibility and openness in the NIH process.
“Almost no one seems to realize that the head of bioethics at NIH – the person who is supposed to make sure that Fauci behaves ethically – is his wife,” Musk tweeted.
