Revelations have surfaced in recent weeks of an explosive scandal involving documents connected to President Biden, which were suddenly ‘discovered’ by his legal team just days before the 2022 midterm elections. Voters who are anticipating these events at a pivotal time in American politics and history will undoubtedly have questions.
After a thorough search and investigation, it was discovered that Joe Biden, the former vice president, had many sites where secret materials might be found. These included his Wilmington house, a “lock box” at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C., and a collection of boxes next to his vintage 1967 Corvette Stingray that was hidden away in his garage.

When Biden’s vice presidency came to an end, his secret papers had been removed. The participation of one unidentified lady, Kathy Chung, a Biden employee at the time, in transferring the boxes of documents out of the vice president’s office was investigated by law authorities. Chung just so happened to have landed her position thanks to Hunter Biden’s recommendation. She had provided Hunter a “treasure trove” of phone numbers for the nation’s most influential figures when she was working in the vice president’s office. On the Vice President’s “intelligence briefings,” she also copied him. She may also be found online as a “ghost.”
The Penn Biden Center is renowned for putting together an exceptional lineup of significant foreign policy decision-makers. It started with Antony Blinken, who is now the Secretary of State for the United States. Steven Richetti, a White House advisor, and Dr. Michael Carpenter, a familiar figure from the first Trump impeachment proceedings, were his successors.
Dr. Carpenter is an invaluable source of information on Joe and Hunter Biden because of his knowledge of Russia and Ukraine. He collaborated closely with the alleged “whistleblower” Eric Ciaramella during the Trump impeachment drama and saw firsthand how then-Vice President Joe Biden boasted about pressuring Ukraine to fire a prosecutor looking into his son Hunter’s business interests. While sensitive records were kept at the Penn Biden Center per the former vice president’s request, he also had a significant impact there.
In spite of the timing, which may have been politically driven, and the unpopularity of his administration, it looks that President Biden’s appointees may have targeted Donald Trump for a similar controversy. Concerns about whether this operation was a “inside job” are raised and are made worse by Attorney General Merrick Garland’s expedited selection of a Special Counsel. At best, it’s unclear to what degree these allegations are true.
Rep. Gaetz stirred some controversy on Wednesday when he questioned whether or not his prior acts had been proper. This sparked discussion both inside and outside of the Sunshine State.
“There’s an element to this that feels like the Democrats are taking out Joe Biden,” Gaetz said.
“I don’t know that that’s the case, but I don’t know that it’s not,” he added.
“But just as Joe Biden is hardening the cement around his decision to run for president again, they start looking for what classified documents might have been tucked away eight years ago,” Gaetz noted.
CNN has suggested that the secret papers found in Joe Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware residence and the Penn Biden Center may have some connection to Ukraine. Until further research is done, it is still unclear what precisely is included in this fascinating collection.
“Among the classified documents from Joe Biden’s time as vice president discovered in a private office last fall are US intelligence memos and briefing materials that covered topics including Ukraine, Iran and the United Kingdom,” a source told CNN.
“A total of 10 documents with classification markings were found last year in Biden’s private academic office and they were dated between 2013 and 2016,” the report added.
Donald Trump thinks he has access to inside information about the classified information kept in government documents. Could he utilize this insider information to his advantage if he runs against Joe Biden for president in 2024?
“I think they knew long before November 2,” John Solomon’s January 11 show included a statement from Trump.
Trump added, “I think he knew probably right from the beginning and I think a lot of it had to do with Ukraine, because that was the papers he kept. And no, I think they knew about this for a long time and they didn’t do anything about it.”
Regarding the possibility that records from Biden’s vice presidency “change the equation” in regards to Special Counsel Jack Smith’s probe into the Mar-a-Lago documents, Trump said, “Well, I think it totally changes that.”
“I was perfect under the Presidential Records Act,” Trump added. “I did absolutely nothing wrong.”
A wealth of records and images were taken from the former President’s Florida vacation home after he left office. In all, there were over 11,000 of them, 100 of which were classified or considered top secret. Trump claimed he had previously made them public before leaving the country.
Hunter and Joe Biden’s residences should be raided, according to President Trump’s latest recommendation that the FBI take extreme steps to investigate them.
“What about all of these places that he’s got?” Trump asked. “What about his house? What about Hunter’s house? You know, who’s going to go in there like they did with me? Who’s gonna do that?”
Even if there isn’t a clear “smoking gun” to establish that this was an inside job, seasoned political analysts have expressed valid concerns. The recent discovery of secret records that had been missing for years by Biden’s attorneys seems to be fueling suspicions that something fishy is going on inside the Democratic Party, where accountability and thoughtful decision-making are trademarks.
