When sensitive materials were found in the president’s house only four days after Joe and Hunter Biden visited his Delaware home, suspicions were raised. Concerns about possible conflicts of interest between personal connections and professional obligations were raised by the event, as Fox News reported.
Viewers were intrigued when it was recently revealed on Fox News’ “The Five” that Hunter Biden had been present at a Delaware residence only days before sensitive materials were found.

Recent findings have given observers reason for fear about the growing secret document issue.
With so many unanswered questions surrounding the Biden family and their involvement in foreign affairs, what information is still out there that could enlighten us on Joe and Hunter’s knowledge? What portion of the photo has been made public?
According to reports, the Department of Justice protected the Biden family from direct observation as federal officials carried out searches. When a “302” summary letter went missing in action, recording an interview with one of Joe Biden’s lawyers, it revealed an ominous development.
A recent investigation into the official handling of documentation was conducted by U.S. Attorney John Lausch and his team. Patrick Moore, an attorney who discovered secret documents during the transition of power from Biden’s former think tank to the President’s office, was under investigation because the absence of a “302” form indicated an informal inquiry had occurred at the time.

According to a recent report, the Department of Justice opted not to enlist FBI agents in this case despite the finding of secret information at President Joe Biden’s Delaware residence.
The Department of Justice stayed out of the way when Biden’s personal attorneys retrieved sensitive documents from his home.
“The Justice Department considered having FBI agents monitor a search by President Biden’s lawyers for classified documents at his homes but decided against it, both to avoid complicating later stages of the investigation and because Mr. Biden’s attorneys had quickly turned over a first batch and were cooperating, according to people familiar with the matter,” the Wall Street Journal reported.
Insensitive material was found in Biden’s house, but the Department of Justice did nothing about it, according to a private report. Instead, his legal staff was given exclusive discretion over how to handle sensitive papers.
The Department of Justice is taking its time looking into any misconduct by the Biden family despite accumulating evidence. If this pattern persists or if significant action is done, only time will tell.
Due to a developing controversy involving sensitive documents, the Biden White House was accused of possible ethical violation on Tuesday. A government watchdog group called Protect the Public’s Trust (PPT) filed official charges against the US Office of Government Ethics for further investigation.
“The American public will not tolerate a two-tiered system of justice – with well-connected insiders subject to a lower standard of scrutiny than the normal citizen,” Mike Chamberlain, the director of PPT, remarked to Fox News.
“President Biden promised the most ethical and transparent administration in history,” Chamberlain said. “If the White House compounded a scandal involving possible mishandling of classified documents by improperly using taxpayer resources for his personal benefit and putting White House attorneys in positions that created conflicts of interest, we could be witnessing a serious betrayal of the public’s already-plummeting trust.”
“It also creates the spectre of possible obstruction of a congressional investigation, depending on the legal basis for the intervention and any future privileges claimed by the White House on this escalating scandal,” he continued.
PTT claims that “taxpayer resources may have been inappropriately used by senior White House lawyers, including Special Counsel to the President Richard Sauber, to personally benefit Joe Biden.”
“We further believe that the apparent representation of Mr. Biden by the White House Counsel’s Office in this matter creates an untenable conflict of interest for that office,” the complaint stated.
“The result, intended or not, could be to reduce transparency into the mishandling of state secrets and foreclose disclosure of communications between White House Counsel staff while acting on behalf of Joe Biden in his capacity as a citizen facing the prospect of criminal prosecution,” it added.
