Even though President Joe Biden has only been in office for a few months, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has already filed four articles of impeachment against him. The crisis involving the confidential information this summer has rekindled demands for the president to be held responsible, signaling an intense struggle between the two arms of government early in this Administration.
Citing confidential materials found during the time that Biden served as vice president under Obama, Greene urged Congress to take action against the Biden administration. She asked Representatives to begin the impeachment process because she thought this was sufficient justification.

“Vice presidents cannot declassify documents,” According to Breitbart, Greene stated. She continued by saying the news called for a “serious investigation.” Congress needs to, she told the network “impeach Biden.”
Because of how the DOJ has handled former President Donald Trump, Greene said that she thinks there is a “true two tier justice system.”
Greene has responded negatively to the disclosure of two sets of confidential papers involving President Biden. Biden’s attorneys discovered the documents at his office and residence, respectively, and then submitted them for preservation with the National Archives and Records Administration.
Former US Attorney Robert Hur was chosen by Attorney General Merrick Garland to look into how the records came to be in that location. The AG said that the DOJ’s independence in handling “sensitive matters” is shown by the nomination of the former Donald Trump appointee.
Greene and other Republicans are concerned that the DOJ may use the special counsel inquiry as an excuse to obstruct their attempts to increase openness.
The special counsel pledged to conduct the investigation “with fair, impartial and dispassionate judgment.”
