The Maricopa County Elections Director Scott Jarrett’s revelation that changes were made to the ballot printer settings on Election Day brought attention to Kari Lake’s election fraud trial on Thursday.
“Is it your testimony that the printer set changes that led to the so-called “shrink to fit” issue was that done on Election Day?” questioned Kurt Olson, Lake’s legal counsel.

Olson posed an urgent query in reaction to the game-changing information that Lake’s team discovered on Wednesday.
The legal team for candidate Lake for governor began their trial on Wednesday with the goal of establishing widespread election day fraud in Maricopa County. After it was discovered that 42.5% of the votes analyzed for the 2022 governor’s election were invalid, the matter came under intense attention. It is yet unclear if this proof will be sufficient to give Lake and her supporters a win as their legal case progresses.
Out of the 113 votes being scrutinized, 48 were found to have passed scrutiny on Wednesday, according to the Lake War Room. “19-inch ballots produced on 20-inch paper,”
“This one-inch discrepancy cause chaos on Election day. Causing the mass rejection of these votes as they were attempted to be read through the tabulators,” the War Room at Kari Lake tweeted.
The Lake War Room posted this in a different tweet: “This Is how they disenfranchised Maricopa County voters on Election Day. The ballots were designed to be unable to be read through the machines. This wasn’t an error. It was malice. The process worked exactly as they intended it to.”
There was no possibility the incorrect ballot size could have been the result of “error.” according to a Twitter commentator.
“The expert testified there are only 2 ways for the 19 inch image to have bee projected onto the 20 in ballot which would cause tabulator errors. Both methods require an administrator to change. This could not have happened by chance or error. It was fraud.”
With the use of the trial’s video material, The Lake War Room provided context: “The Co-Elections Director for Maricopa County refuses to accept responsibility for the countywide failures on Election Day. Falsely asserts the people impacted by problems at voting centers could simply “go somewhere else.” It’s not that easy. But he knows that.”

Take a look at what the Post Millennial said:
Less than 18,000 votes separated Hobbs from Lake in the fiercely fought campaign, which Hobbs ultimately won. Judge Peter Thompson dropped 8 charges while permitting the prosecution of 2 despite Hobbs’ team objecting to the count and alleging suspected willful misconduct. There was no question as to who would be the next Secretary of State of Arizona once all the votes were tallied: 1,287,891 for Hobbs and 127,774 for Lake.
This represented a turning point, according to Lake, who spoke at AmericaFest on Tuesday. “huge win” speaking to her legal counsel, “we got great news. We’re taking these b*stards to trial!” Including that Hobbs will testify at the hearing.
The subpoena issued by Lake’s attorneys to force Hobbs to testify was withdrawn after a protracted legal dispute.
“Maricopa County wants you to believe that they are so incompetent that all of the problems on Election Day can be written off as mistakes.
“Would that make it any better? Is the election better run by clowns and not crooks? This was no accident. And we’re done with the circus,” Later, the Lake War Room would tweet.
Anyone who was in charge of the voting system and was responsible of the fruad should go to jail. NOW
