Twitter has welcomed back Drs. Robert Malone and Peter McCullough to its platform, marking a significant win for the defense of free expression. This provides as confirmation that, even in the digital era, we still have the freedom to express our opinions without fear.
For the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, which is hosted by comedian Joe Rogan, two eminent physicians with distinct perspectives on the COVID-19 vaccines, Dr. Malone and Dr. McCullough recently had a discussion about the safety of vaccines that heavily centered on their individual concerns about immunization against SARS-CoV2. This discussion was supported by the decades of experience of both doctors, who brought mRNA technology and cardiology expertise to the table. They offered insightful commentary on what is arguably one of humanity’s top concerns right now: vaccine hesitancy amid an impending pandemic surge throughout 2021 and beyond.

According to The Daily Wire “Malone was banned from Twitter in January after sharing a video that said Pfizer’s coronavirus vaccines caused ‘more harm than good.’ McCullough received his own suspension after he also questioned the effectiveness of vaccines.”
McCullough, meanwhile, wasn’t sure why he had imposed the restriction.
“In the months leading up to my Twitter arrest I operated under strict rules: 1) no V-words, 2) no hashtags, 3) no tagging, 4) no links. Tweeted in code with original pictures and videos. Lets see what happens now and if @elonmusk will allow completely uncensored discourse.”
Following their reinstatement, both physicians tweeted congratulations:
“I’m back…Welcome to Fifth Gen (Information) Warfare The battleground is consensus of the swarm and your own mind. Please share my substack from today.” Tweets from Malone.
McCullough made a comment. “Alright everyone, I am back on Twitter! Let’s see my verification and completely uncensored, no unfollow programs, no bots assigned to me, and absolutely no shadow-banning. Let the world hear the medical truth (98% want it) on the pandemic and more! @elonmusk,”
It was encouraging to hear about open conversations and debates returning to our public spaces in a society where the freedom of expression of ideas is essential to civic dialogue. The move by Twitter to abandon its filtering practices is a confirmation that all sides should be heard in such platforms, allowing for unavoidable examination by individuals who are more than capable of drawing their own judgments. After all, democracy depends on this fundamental idea, which we must zealously guard if real consensus is ever to rule supremely.
