A bitter legal fight involving JPMorgan Chase has taken another dramatic turn, with the banking giant accusing a former employee of orchestrating false witness testimony in a lawsuit filled with explosive sexual misconduct allegations.
What began as a workplace abuse complaint has now escalated into a battle over credibility, alleged witness manipulation, and whether the case should be thrown out entirely.
At the center of the controversy is former banker Chirayu Rana, who accused his former supervisor, Lorna Hajdini, of subjecting him to sexual exploitation and racial harassment.
