A newly revealed Army Reserve message is raising fresh questions about what the Trump administration may be preparing for in the Caribbean.
The internal communication, reviewed by CBS News, asks Army Reserve commands to determine whether several specialized military formations could be ready to support U.S. Southern Command within roughly three to four months.
The document itself does not mention Cuba.
