Fox Anchor Sues Whole Foods Over Dog Attack

Fox Business anchor Jacqueline “Jackie” DeAngelis has filed a lawsuit against Whole Foods Market, alleging that an unauthorized dog attacked her inside a Manhattan grocery store and left her with permanent injuries, significant scarring and continuing physical limitations.

DeAngelis, 46, filed the lawsuit against Whole Foods Market Group in Manhattan Supreme Court on Aug. 20, nearly three years after the September 2023 incident at the company’s Columbus Circle location.

According to the verified complaint, DeAngelis was legally shopping at the Whole Foods store at 10 Columbus Circle on Sept. 20, 2023, when a dog belonging to another customer allegedly attacked and bit her without warning.
