Obama Judge Deals Patel a Major Blow!

A federal judge has halted FBI Director Kash Patel’s effort to relocate the bureau’s Washington headquarters to the existing Ronald Reagan Building, putting a major administration plan to reduce the cost of the FBI’s long-delayed headquarters overhaul in jeopardy.

U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang ruled Monday in favor of Maryland and Prince George’s County, which had challenged the administration’s decision to abandon the planned FBI campus in Greenbelt, Maryland.

The dispute centers on a long-running fight over where the FBI should establish its permanent headquarters. For years, federal officials had pursued a massive new complex in Greenbelt. The project was expected to require billions of dollars in construction spending and take years to complete.
