Foster Couple Wins HUGE Gun Rights Fight!

A Wisconsin foster couple has scored a major victory after spending years fighting government rules that forced them to choose between opening their home to children and exercising their Second Amendment rights.

Brian and Katie Lafferty challenged firearm restrictions imposed through Wisconsin’s foster-care system after Washington County officials required guns in their home to be kept unloaded as a condition of maintaining their foster license.

After roughly five years of litigation, a Wisconsin appeals court has now sided with the couple on key constitutional questions.
