Trump Left Beijing With a Pastor?

For years, Chinese authorities tightened their grip on independent Christian churches, targeting pastors and congregations that refused to submit to Communist Party oversight. Among the most prominent figures caught in Beijing’s sweeping campaign was Pastor Ezra Jin, whose growing ministry became a direct challenge to the Chinese Communist Party’s demand for total control.

According to supporters and religious freedom advocates, Jin paid a heavy price for refusing to allow the government to dictate how his church worshipped. After months behind bars, his supporters say a direct intervention from President Donald Trump helped change the course of his case.

On the Fourth of July, Jin arrived safely in Los Angeles, where he was finally reunited with his daughter after six years apart—a moment many supporters described as nothing short of extraordinary.
