America was served a startling spectacle this week on live television, courtesy of The View. Former President Bill Clinton spent six grueling hours under oath before Congress, insisting he had no idea what pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was up to — despite at least 26 documented flights on Epstein’s private jet. The shocking twist came the following Tuesday when co-host Whoopi Goldberg leapt to Clinton’s defense, seemingly forgetting her own connection in the files she cited.
As soon as the deposition footage surfaced, Goldberg wasted no time. “You know, say what you want about the Clintons,” she told her co-hosts. “Have any of the women or has anything in those emails pointed to them as being guilty or having anything to do other than knowing?” Her colleagues immediately challenged her, pointing to the notorious hot tub photo in the Department of Justice’s Epstein files and Clinton’s multiple flights on Epstein’s plane.
Goldberg persisted. “But my question is, has he been accused by any of the accusers?” she asked. When her co-hosts confirmed that no Epstein victim had ever formally accused Clinton, Goldberg pressed the point: “So what were they looking for? Because what I don’t understand is, they had access to all the information.”
