The United Nations is finally feeling the consequences of years of unchecked spending and political bias.
After President Donald Trump shut off the flow of American taxpayer money, one of the UN’s most powerful bureaucrats openly admitted that his operation is on the brink.
And the confession could not have come at a worse time for the globalist establishment.
The head of the UN’s human rights apparatus revealed this week that his office is barely staying alive after Trump refused to continue funding what he has repeatedly called a wasteful and politically corrupt institution.
UN Human Rights Office Now in “Survival Mode”
UN human rights chief Volker Türk acknowledged during a meeting in Geneva that his agency is struggling to function without American cash.
“We are currently in survival mode, delivering under strain,” Türk admitted while appealing to diplomats for emergency funding.
