Turner immediately signals danger in his message, writing:
“We are all under threat from US Agents here so we try to be very careful about how we talk and where,” Turner wrote.
He follows with an even more alarming claim, stating:
“When you talk to Jorge, ask him who I was referring to when I said “high powered individual” who has threatened him, me and Maryna and who spoke to the President of Mexico last week and told him he would not back off on the threats toward us three.”
The NY OGA response is brief and noncommittal:
“Ok, thanks. I’ll be in touch.”
Three days later, Turner escalates the situation, requesting a phone call and dropping a bombshell allegation involving Richard Marcinko, the late founder and first commander of SEAL Team Six. Turner claims Gonzales possesses damning evidence tying Marcinko and Jeffrey Epstein to illicit activities.
“Jorge is prepared to talk to you re: Marcinko and Epstein and all the videos and photos he has,” Turner wrote.
“He will openly disclose what evidence he has and who some of the participants at these sex parties were.”
Four days after that, Turner expresses growing paranoia and fear, asking pointedly who within the U.S. government is aware of the communications:
“Who on your team knows we are talking to you, anyone assigned from NSA, CIA, or US State Department?”
That same email contains some of the most disturbing claims in the entire release. Turner alleges that an American shot the judge overseeing his child sex trafficking case in Mexico. He also claims multiple armed attacks and lethal confrontations involving U.S. agents.
“We’ve had another serious incident since an American shot the trial judge in our child sex trafficking case here,” Turner wrote.
He continues with a detailed and explosive account:
“He and I both think this latest incident is tied to the fact we have reached out to your team… Please understand peoples lives here are in jeopardy.”
Turner further claims:
“We have had 4 armed attacks against us, my partner has shot and killed 2 and wounded 5 American agents to date… Jorge was attacked and lost his arm. The President of Mexico is keenly aware of our case against Marcinko and other US Officials.”
Perhaps most shocking is Turner’s accusation involving a former U.S. ambassador. He urges investigators to look into Earl Anthony Wayne, alleging sexual crimes, bribery, and diplomatic cover-ups.
“You may want to question the Ex US Ambassador to Mexico; Mr. Earl Anthony Wayne about his involvement with an underage girl…” Turner wrote.

The NY OGA replies tersely, distancing itself from intelligence agencies:
“My Task Force is not affiliated with the intelligence community if want arrange a call time.”
A subsequent response confirming a call time includes a signature identifying NYPD Detective Walter E. Harkins, TFO—the only email in the chain with a formal signature block.
The emails continue into August 2019, when Turner reports that his nephew, Logan Turner, was killed in the Dayton, Ohio mass shooting. Despite the tragedy, Turner claims the investigation continued and that U.S. embassy personnel attempted to seize incriminating evidence.
“Another attempt by US embassy security team was made yesterday…” Turner wrote.
After Jeffrey Epstein’s reported suicide, Turner expresses disbelief:
“Based upon what we have discovered here… we don’t believe it was suicide.”

The final email, dated December 31, 2019, contains perhaps the most politically explosive allegation of all. Turner claims a victim identified as “Karla” implicated powerful U.S. families.
“The names she has associated with him and these visits include Clinton’s, Bidens, Wayne, older politicians and lawyers,” Turner wrote.
The NY OGA response once again is restrained:
“Ok I will let you know thanks.”

These emails raise profound and unsettling questions. If even a fraction of the allegations are accurate, the implications would be catastrophic—not only for U.S. law enforcement credibility, but for public trust in the institutions meant to protect the most vulnerable.
As more DOJ documents emerge, Americans are left wondering how deep this alleged corruption goes—and who, if anyone, will be held accountable.
