“After the waiter delivered the drinks to our table, I proposed to her via a surprise. And she said yes,” Glenn told the Daily Mail. “We are both overjoyed and have shared the news with our families. This is something we’ve been talking about for a while. I look forward to this new chapter in both our lives.”²
The restaurant is conveniently located just two blocks from the White House, where Glenn has been covering the Trump administration for the conservative network.
A New Chapter After Divorce
Greene, 51, finalized her divorce from Perry Greene in 2022 after 27 years of marriage³. She and Glenn first met at a Trump rally and started dating publicly in 2023.
Glenn Will Move to Georgia
The timing of the engagement coincides with Greene’s plans to leave Congress on January 5, 2026. Glenn confirmed to the Washington Post that he will leave his White House correspondent role to join Greene in Georgia.
“Well, I gotta go with ‘Mom’ here,” Glenn said. “I’m not doing this fly-back-and-forth thing — not doing it, it’s not worth it.”⁴
Real America’s Voice is reportedly constructing a studio in Georgia for Glenn so he can continue his work remotely, ensuring his career remains intact while building a life with Greene.
Glenn, 56, praised Greene’s resilience, describing her as “sweet” outside of politics.
“I feel sorry for her because she went through some very difficult times by herself in Congress,” Glenn told the Post.⁵
The couple has been together for nearly two years, with Glenn saying he’s been “sweeping her off her feet, getting her out of Washington.”⁶
A Conservative Power Couple
Greene and Glenn have quickly become one of D.C.’s most discussed conservative couples.
Glenn is a 20-year veteran in broadcast journalism, having worked previously with Right Side Broadcasting Network before joining Real America’s Voice. He has covered President Trump extensively during the 2024 campaign and beyond.
Greene highlighted the advantage of Glenn’s media expertise in her congressional work.
“He’s from the industry, so he is a great resource,” Greene said to Semafor in 2023. “He’s explained a lot, like how things work and yeah, it’s great. So maybe I’m falling in love with the press.”⁷
Looking Ahead
The engagement was met with congratulations from conservatives across social media. Greene, who has represented Georgia’s 14th Congressional District since 2021, has solidified her position as a leading voice in the Republican Party.
Glenn’s decision to leave a high-profile White House correspondent position underscores his commitment to a future with Greene. While the couple has not yet set a wedding date, one thing is certain: when Greene exits Congress in January, Glenn will be right by her side, ready to start their next chapter together in Georgia.
