Dems PANIC After Judge Nukes Epstein Storyline!

A political earthquake hit Manhattan on Tuesday after a New York federal judge ordered the release of long-protected grand jury materials tied to the prosecution of Ghislaine Maxwell. What Democrats had hoped to keep in the dark for years is suddenly headed into the sunlight — and it happened because the Trump-era Justice Department pushed for it. After months of loud demands from the Left insisting they wanted “transparency,” this ruling now places the burden squarely back on them.

U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer delivered the decision, ruling that the grand jury records connected to Maxwell’s criminal case must be made public. The Justice Department filed the request under a new transparency law, and Engelmayer granted it, applying the order to federal proceedings in Manhattan. What was once off-limits to the public could soon be available for anyone to see.

Normally, grand jury evidence stays sealed for life. It’s one of the most protected categories of federal documents. But in this high-profile case — a case tangled in political debate, media manipulation, and years of speculation — Engelmayer agreed with Trump’s DOJ that the public has a right to see what investigators uncovered. As he explained in his ruling: “The Act does not explicitly refer to grand jury materials. The Court nonetheless holds — again in agreement with DOJ — that the Act textually covers the grand jury materials in this case.”
