Newsom’s Vulgar Photo STUNS America! Backfires Instantly

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

The commentary didn’t stop there. The outlet continued, noting, “The 58-year-old pol was discussing National Guard policies at the New York Times Dealbook Summit when he struck a pose that made him the butt of a joke on social media.”

Anyone else might have rolled their eyes and moved on. Not Newsom.

His official press office — the taxpayer-funded PR arm of the Governor of California — responded with a graphic, crude, and very likely doctored photo meant to “troll” the New York Post. The image was so vulgar it immediately set off backlash from both sides of the aisle.

The caption?
“Democracy requires flexibility,” Newsom’s office wrote.

And just like that, the stunt detonated in their faces.

Rather than distancing himself or pretending the post was an overzealous staffer’s mistake, Newsom personally replied from his own account to the graphic photo his office had posted. Instead of containing the controversy, he poured jet fuel on it — prompting critics to point out the obvious: this is who Democrats think is presidential material?

This isn’t a one-off misfire. It’s become a pattern: Newsom loves the spotlight, but every time he tries to act like a national figure, he ends up proving why most Americans don’t want him anywhere near higher office.

Yet the left-wing press keeps pushing the narrative that he’s destined for the big stage. Last month, Politico went so far as to declare:
“Admit It. Gavin Newsom Is the 2028 Front-runner.”

The outlet doubled down on its glowing praise, writing, “It’s easy to find Newsom naysayers. In fact, there may not be a modern political figure who was simultaneously so well-positioned to be his party’s nominee and so doubted by the smart set since, well, Joe Biden in 2020.”

For Democrats, that comparison is supposed to be reassuring. For the rest of America, it’s a reminder of exactly how we ended up with the disastrous leadership we have today.

What this latest meltdown shows is simple: Newsom isn’t ready for prime time. He isn’t even ready for Twitter. If his biggest strategic move is posting vulgar edited photos in response to a newspaper joke, imagine what foreign adversaries would do to him.

For a man many on the Left want to prop up as Biden’s heir, this fiasco was a glimpse into what a Newsom White House might look like — thin-skinned, media-obsessed, and constantly one misstep away from total chaos.

If this is the best the Democrats can offer in 2028, they’re in deeper trouble than anyone realized.
