This week, rap superstar Nicki Minaj did just that, delivering a message at the United Nations that has liberal elites scrambling to respond.
The “queen of rap” stunned leftist audiences by publicly praising former President Donald Trump for defending persecuted Christians in Nigeria.¹
“I would like to thank President Trump for prioritizing this issue and for his leadership on the global stage in calling for urgent action to defend Christians in Nigeria,” Minaj told attendees at the U.S. Mission to the UN.²
Minaj joined U.S. Ambassador to the UN Mike Waltz on a panel titled “Combatting Religious Violence and the Killing of Christians in Nigeria.” Her appearance underscored that this was far more than a symbolic gesture.
