Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, speaking from Brussels, delivered one of the strongest updates yet on the Supreme Court battle that will determine the future of President Trump’s aggressive tariff strategy. According to Lutnick, the administration’s case is not only solid, it is on the verge of victory.
“Tariffs are going to be a part of this administration’s national security and national economic protection of the American people,” Lutnick told FOX Business’ Maria Bartiromo. And he didn’t stop there. “We are gonna win the case, it’s pretty clear,” he added, saying he personally sat through the arguments and left confident in the outcome.
