ICE Arrest Leads to SHOCKING Biden Crime Reveal

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

Authorities in Moldova convicted Sorocean of premeditated murder carried out with “exceptional cruelty” and handed her a 17-year prison sentence. Instead of serving it, she bolted to the United States.

Under President Trump, ICE caught her in January 2020. But she quickly began filing appeals, asylum claims, and legal delays — the same endless loopholes Biden expanded once he took office.

And then came the jaw-dropper: in 2022, the Biden DHS released this convicted torture-murderer into the United States. She then spent three years living freely somewhere inside American communities while the White House insisted the border was “secure.”

Trump Returns — and ICE Finally Gets Back to Work

That era came to a screeching halt the moment Donald Trump returned to the Oval Office in 2025.

ICE agents tracked Sorocean down again and arrested her in Los Angeles on November 4. She now sits behind bars awaiting the deportation she managed to dodge for nearly half a decade.

DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin lit Biden’s DHS on fire over their decision to release her:

“It shocks the conscience that the Biden administration released into America a cruel, violent illegal alien who tortured a human being, beat them with an electrical cable and a stick, and then threw her victim from a ninth-floor window.”

McLaughlin also explained what ICE is actually dealing with out on the streets every day:
“These are the types of barbaric criminal illegal aliens ICE is targeting every single day. Seventy percent of all ICE arrests are of illegal aliens charged or convicted of a crime in the U.S.”

That 70 percent doesn’t even include fugitives like Sorocean who committed their crimes overseas.

Biden’s Pattern — Not a Mistake

The left will try to spin Sorocean’s release as some rare bureaucratic slip. It wasn’t. It was the predictable outcome of Biden’s open-border philosophy.

The moment Biden took over, immigration judges were encouraged to allow endless appeals. Activists gained influence over DHS policy. And the very criminals ICE once prioritized became the same criminals Biden’s DHS quietly turned loose.

Meanwhile, McLaughlin made the Trump-era contrast perfectly clear:
“Under President Trump and Secretary Noem, the world’s criminals are no longer welcome in the U.S.”

The results speak for themselves.

In Trump’s first weeks back in the White House, ICE arrested more than 158,000 illegal aliens — including over 600 members of the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua. Seventy-five percent of Trump’s ICE arrests involve criminals with convictions or pending charges.

That is the total opposite of Biden’s approach, where even a convicted torture-murderer could walk free with nothing more than a court date and a pat on the back.

The Question Democrats Won’t Answer

Sorocean is now back in custody, finally facing the consequences she escaped years ago. But her case leaves one unavoidable question hanging over Biden’s DHS.

If they released her — a foreign national convicted of torture and murder — who else is still out there?

How many more killers, rapists, fugitives, and violent gang members were quietly turned loose while Biden’s officials insisted everything was “under control”?

Democrats don’t want to talk about it. They can’t. Because the truth exposes everything they have tried to hide.

Sorocean’s arrest is more than a headline. It’s a warning flare. Biden’s border policies didn’t just fail — they endangered every American community. And Trump’s ICE is now cleaning up the wreckage one arrest at a time.
